Describe the work at issue, then agree a scope

A useful enquiry need not be long. Tell us what the organisation does, how many sites it has, the standard of interest and the decision you need help making. We use this to shape discovery; a submitted form is not a contract.

The public form is for business contact details and a high-level need only. Do not send licensed standards, client records, sensitive personal data, passwords or access keys here.

01

Information that makes discovery useful

Share the main activity and outputs; sites, shifts or teams involved; standards in use or under consideration; document and record status; and three difficulties to solve. If a customer has requested a deadline, describe the type and desired date for feasibility discussion; do not attach a contract to the form.

A description such as “two sites, three shifts, one process with different forms” is more useful than “need ISO urgently”. If the standard is unclear, describe the business request and current friction. We will ask for sources before suggesting a scope.

  • Business contact, activity, sites, scale and main difficulties are sufficient for a first step.

02

What happens after submission

The enquiry enters intake for a responsible person to review its purpose and reply channel. We may ask follow-up questions to distinguish current-state review, implementation, maintenance or expansion. If specialist input is needed, that scope is marked for qualified review before proposal. No compliance conclusion is drawn from the form alone.

The first discussion confirms participants, available sources, pilot scope and decision conditions. A proposal then lists outputs, sessions, timing, both sides’ responsibilities, assumptions, fees and exclusions. The organisation can request clarification or stop before agreeing to the work.

03

Use the right channel for project data

This page is not for evidence files, contracts, personnel records or customer information. Once scope and access are established, documents use the authenticated portal with organisation, client, project and role boundaries. Files need sources, versions and appropriate viewing rights. If sensitive data is sent through a public channel by mistake, contact us so the responsible team can handle it under procedure.

Contact details are used to answer the enquiry and keep an intake trail. Newsletter or promotional email requires a separate confirmed choice; requesting consulting does not sign someone up for marketing. Processing purposes, rights and request channels are described in the Data and privacy policy.

04

If you are not ready to enquire

Self-check gives initial questions about scope, ownership and evidence. Standards explains selection without reproducing copyrighted text. Services describes phases and outputs; Pricing supports early budget planning. These pages can help prepare questions before a conversation.

If one narrow decision is the need, name that decision. A bounded review often fits better than a large project without scope. We will state what is supported enough for a proposal and what still needs organisational or specialist confirmation.

Send a discovery request

Do not send sensitive files through this public form. The data is sent directly to the intake system and is not stored in WordPress.

Next step

Start with a scope that can be checked

Self-check first, or send an outline of your scope so we can agree outputs, sessions and specialist needs. Do not send sensitive records through the public form.

We provide consulting and training; certification decisions are made independently by certification bodies.
