ISO 9001:2026 — preparing while information is changing

Check the current publication status and transition guidance from an authoritative source before taking action.

Do not turn a draft into an obligation

A draft may signal a direction, but it is not a basis for writing a new obligation into a process. Keep the source, check date and status with every update: expected, published or effective.

Strengthen the foundations

  • Know which documents are in use and who approves them.
  • Assess impact when requirements, customers or technology change.
  • Follow actions until someone verifies the result.
  • Retain evidence of management activities that actually happened.

Once official material is available, map confirmed differences, prioritise work, pilot within a narrow scope and update training. This is safer than replacing a system from an unconfirmed list.

Request a proposal

Start with the situation you actually have

Share your scope and the decision you need to make. Do not send sensitive project files through the public form.
