Retain clients through visible value

A recurring control service can become another meeting if the monthly report only lists completed activity. Value should be visible through testable change: which risk was reduced, which action was closed properly and which decision is no longer waiting.

One page with a traceable path

  • Summarise notable changes and missing data.
  • Use the same chart definitions as the operating screen.
  • Show three to five priority actions with owners and dates.
  • Link to the underlying evidence sample or source finding.

Never retain through lock-in

Clients should be able to export the data they are authorised to use and receive a clear handover package at the end. Their ability to keep operating is evidence that the service built a sound foundation; any next engagement must earn its place through new value.
